Two builds of the same commit differed only in skiko-awt-runtime-*.jar, which Compose 1.12 rewrites with the build time (and so in its hashed name and Amber.cfg); rewrite it with a fixed timestamp on Linux. CI also bundled the runner's preinstalled JDK, whose jrt-fs.jar differs from the official Temurin archive, so make setup-java download the archive. Dockerfile.desktop rebuilds a tag and compares the published .tar.xz and AppImage with desktopdiff.py, like Dockerfile/apkdiff.py for Android.
