greenart7c3 55bc2227c7 docs: keep agent instructions in AGENTS.md only 
Merge CLAUDE.md into AGENTS.md so every coding agent reads the same
instructions; CLAUDE.md now just imports AGENTS.md. Fix the outdated
single-module note (:desktop is a module), add the desktop commands, and
describe the notification actions and popup.
