Claude fbc0c7c732 test(nests): pin the first-frame Ended check; fail fast without a frame
From an audit of this fix:

- New ReconnectingNestsListenerTest case: the broadcast's Ended is
counted only after the wrapper has re-subscribed and attached, which
is possible because the announce and the subscribe FIN travel on
different streams. The reset is decided at the new subscription's
first frame, so it still applies. The test fails if the check moves
to attach time. The scripted subscription now signals when the
wrapper starts collecting, so the ordering is deterministic.
- BrowserInteropTest's helper fails at once with "no frame within
120 s" instead of cancelling silently and failing later on a sample
  count after another wait.
- The SubscribeHandle.broadcastEndedCount KDoc names the reconnecting
wrapper's own handle, which always reports 0.
