Claude 9a27b96632 feat: cards for Mostro instance terms, Kanban boards/cards and WalletScrutiny verdicts ...

- Mostro instance info (38385): name, version, fee, order size, currencies,
  pending-order expiry, escrow mode and a maintenance warning.
- Kanban board (30301): title, description and its columns, with per-column
  card counts once the board's cards are cached. Kanban card (30302): title,
  column (resolved through the board), assignee avatars and a link to the board.
- WalletScrutiny build verification (30301): verdict banner first, then
  product/version/platform, files checked, verifier, and the markdown report
  behind a Show report toggle.
- Dispatch by Quartz class: EventCache now stores KanbanBoardEvent,
  KanbanCardEvent, BuildVerificationEvent and MostroInfoEvent (cards are filed
  under their board's replies) and still drops the UnrecognizedKind30301/30302/
  38385 shapes; NoteCompose draws nothing for those.
- Reposts of the shared kinds 30301/30302/38385 are decided by the class of the
  embedded event (KINDS_WITH_A_CARD_BY_CLASS) instead of TYPED_WITHOUT_A_CARD.
- Search window gains 30301/30302; 38385 stays out (its index is currency codes).
- Logic (fee percent, escrow default, column matching/counting, verdict tone)
  in tested commons functions.
