Claude e26b042995 build: bump quartz to 2.4.0 and migrate off Jackson
Quartz 2.4.0 (with the PressStr kinds) dropped Jackson and JsonEngine;
Kite is now its only engine for Nostr JSON. crypto-kmp moves to 2.1.0 to
match it.

- Remove the JsonEngine.KITE switches (Android, desktop).
- Pretty JSON goes through KiteWriter.toPrettyJson / KitePretty
  (event inspector, NIP-46 consent, napplet raw-data previews, cli
  stores). The napplet previews build their objects with kotlinx and
  parse rumors with kotlinx's element API, keeping the old fallbacks.
- KiteDiagnosticDecoder keeps its job with kotlinx.serialization as the
  second opinion in place of Jackson.
- Tests and benchmarks read events with Event.fromJson /
  OptimizedJsonMapper; the benchmarks that only measured Jackson are
  gone.
- AGENTS.md, the kotlin-multiplatform and android-expert skills, the R8
  rules and the baseline profile no longer describe Jackson.
