Claude e3c9636256 feat(desktop-run): --login, --login-file and --signup start options ...

run-headless.sh start now takes the startup account as options instead of
only as AMETHYST_LOGIN / AMETHYST_SIGNUP in the environment:

- --login <npub>: public keys only. It refuses an nsec, ncryptsec or 64-char
  hex key (the app reads that as a private key), since arguments show in ps
  and in the shell history.
- --login-file <path>: the key from a file, so an nsec stays out of argv.
  Read before --fresh wipes the profile, so the signup.nsec a sign-up left
  there still works.
- --signup "<name>": signs up as the Sign Up button does.

At most one of them; an explicit option overrides the other variable left
in the environment. The options only export the variables the app already
reads, so the app side is unchanged.
