Claude 8905b3a2ac Merge origin/main into claude/ecstatic-carson-yo7og8 ...

Conflicts with 124484cc (named tag accessors), resolved to keep both sides:
- NotificationKinds: interactionTargetId (used by amy's loader) now reads
  main's accessors (ReactionEvent.originalPost().last, boostedEventId) and
  tagsAnEventForUser calls it.
- Desktop NotificationsScreen/NotificationGroup: keep the shared commons
  NotificationItem and classifier from this branch, and main's
  notificationTargetNoteId click-through and grouping.
- Desktop ThreadScreen: keep this branch's level parent (replyingTo, then
  the positional tags quartz links, then a NIP-A0 voice reply's parent).
- NotificationTargetNoteIdTest imports the commons NotificationItem.
