Add the Orchard listing config and a RELEASE_OPS section: extract the app tree from each release bundle with ostree, then run orchard-publish per arch, which pushes the image to ghcr and signs the listing, release and asset with Amethyst's nsec. The config sets no author-name/nip05, which would sign a kind 0 over Amethyst's profile.
