Claude f4f1c8650e feat(desktop): macOS menu bar mirrors the drawer, with settings submenus

Each drawer section (Navigate, You, Feeds, Create, System) is now a menu
in the macOS menu bar, in the drawer's order, listing the rows the user
left visible in Settings > Side Menu and that the desktop has a screen
for. System holds Relays, one submenu per settings category (built from
the same buildSettingsCatalog the Settings screen uses) and Settings.

- The app menu's Settings… (Cmd+,) opens Settings, and its Quit goes
  through the window's close request, like the updater's quit, instead
  of System.exit. The File and Go menus are gone.
- New Window menu: Minimize (Cmd+M) and Zoom.
- Deck items are greyed out while no deck is on screen.
- Help's first item is the website, no longer a second "About Amethyst".
- Reset Marmot state stays on the Settings screen, which has its
  confirmation dialog.
