Vitor PamplonaandClaude Opus 5.5 9c00b7cff9 refactor: Marmot's event classes come from quartz again ...

The event classes, tags and push content codecs went back to quartz (com.vitorpamplona.quartz.marmot),
so they parse typed with no registration: EventCache, the Android Application and amy's main no
longer call MarmotEvents.register(), which is gone. MarmotManager and the rest of the group pipeline
still come from marmot-kmp.
