Merges nostr proposal 4886ada7 into main:
- feat(desktop): register and route nostr:/amethyst: deep links
- fix(desktop): deep-link review: scheme ownership, startup, bus robustness
- fix(desktop): register Windows URL schemes via reg import

Known follow-up: copies of the app share one instance.port, so a copy
that quits deletes the file while another still runs, and a Linux or
Windows link then starts a new copy instead of reaching the open window.
