Claude 0c0af19a17 feat(relays): save relay settings as you edit, back arrow instead of X/Save ...

The relay settings screen no longer has a Save button. Each add, remove,
reorder or "Default relays" reset signs and publishes the affected list
event right away (debounced by 1s so a drag or a reset publishes once),
and leaving the screen publishes any edit still in its debounce window.
The X/Save top bar becomes the standard back-arrow bar, keeping the
export action.

Auto-save is opt-in on the relay-list view models, so the add-relay
dialogs that share them keep their Save flow. Saves of one list run one
at a time and never start in the same second as the previous one, so two
versions of the replaceable event can't tie on created_at.
