The desktop app never passed a relay client for Web of Trust syncs, so
TrustNetworkState.start() returned before doing anything: the download
neither started on its own nor from "Download now". It also passed no
Cordn blob cipher, which kept Cordn's MLS state in memory only.
- Desktop passes trustNetworkClientBuilder (same sockets as the app) and
canDownloadLargeFiles = { true }.
- New SecretEncryptionCordnBlobCipher: Cordn blobs under the same
AES-GCM key that already protects the desktop's Marmot state.
- AccountCacheState's platform parameters lose their defaults, so a
feature that needs a new one fails to compile in every app until it
is supplied, or explicitly declined with null or a no-op.
