Claude 195e5fad5f docs(desktop-run): Tor holds back relays in a sandboxed container

Tor cannot reach its guard relays from a container that only lets
traffic out through an HTTPS proxy, so it never gets a SOCKS port and
every Tor-routed relay (DM and untrusted relays, by default) is held
back without a log line. An account whose outbox is also its DM relay
then never loads its own lists: the emoji list came back empty after
every restart. Say how to spot it and to turn the Tor engine off in the
run's profile before testing a signing account.
