Add word5 and Gamestr to games, remove dead tool, fix Ghostr link

- Add word5 and Gamestr to the Games on Nostr section
- Remove advanced-nostr-search (depended on nostr.band, no longer in operation)
- Point Ghostr's main link to ghostr.org so its app icon displays, move GitHub link to a sub-bullet
