Johnathan Corgan a035ab185d Upload OpenWrt .apk packages to Blossom with a type the server accepts
On every release tag the .apk jobs' Blossom upload got HTTP 415 from
blossom.primal.net on all three attempts, so no NIP-94 event has ever
been published for an .apk, and the run stayed green without saying so.
nak takes the upload's Content-Type from the file extension through the
host's MIME table, which maps .apk to Android's package type; .ipk has
no entry and goes up as application/octet-stream, which the server
accepts.

The upload loop both jobs repeated now lives in
.github/scripts/blossom-upload.sh, which uploads a copy of the package
with no extension, so it goes up as application/octet-stream like the
.ipk. The Blossom address is the content hash and the NIP-94 event
carries the real filename, so nothing visible changes. A failed upload
still leaves the tag run green, since the package is already on the
GitHub release, but it now raises a warning annotation and adds a line
to the run summary.

.github/scripts/test-blossom-upload.sh runs the helper against a stub
Blossom server that refuses the Android type, in the .apk job on every
run with the pinned nak, and shellcheck covers both scripts.
