Arjen 7a5773e14e test(chaos): match switch_latency flap edges to log sources by container name ...

The link manager records flap edges by node id (n01), while
analyze_logs keys each switch line by container name (fips-node-n01).
evaluate_switch_latency compared the two directly, so no switch ever
matched a down and every flap was reported as unswitched. Map the edge
ends to container names at the call site, as max_parent_switches does.
