DanConwayDev 4d9728bfed fix: handle HEAD requests for info/refs endpoints ...

RFC 9110 §9.3.2 requires HEAD to return the same headers as GET with
no body. The info/refs routes in both the standard git path and the
/prs/ path only matched Method::GET, so HEAD requests fell through to
the wildcard and returned 404.

Extend both match guards to also accept Method::HEAD, then strip the
body from the response before returning it.
