redshift 84a2545f24 feat(tui): add time-window filtering to usage monitor ...

Add an All/24h/7d/30d window selector, cycled with W, that scopes the
Models, Providers, Tokens, Clients and Npubs tabs. Overview, Today and
Recent keep their existing all-time/today granularity.

The SDK usage driver already supports after/before on list/count/
aggregate, so this threads a `window` through /usage/summary?window=...
and getUsageSummary, returning a parallel `window` block alongside the
untouched all-time fields. The TUI keeps a per-window cache so switching
is instant and the 2s auto-refresh only recomputes the active window.
