Fixes an issue where shelf covers failed to load because the auth headers map was unmodifiable. Changing it to a mutable map allows the basic auth credentials to be appended properly.

jarynclouatreandGitHub 017e485802 Fix shelf add/remove sending GET instead of POST due to missing csrfTokenUrl 
addBookToShelf and removeBookFromShelf were missing csrfTokenUrl, causing
apiService.post to fetch the CSRF token by doing a GET to the shelf endpoint
itself (/shelf/add/<id>/<id>). Calibre-Web only accepts POST on that route,
so it returned 405, the CSRF token was never obtained, and the POST was never
sent. Books appeared to be added (toast showed) but nothing persisted.

Fix: add csrfTokenUrl: '/me' so the token is fetched from a GET-accessible
page, and add contentType to match what Calibre-Web expects. Also corrected
success status code check to include 204 (what Calibre-Web actually returns
for XHR shelf requests) and 302 in addition to 200.

Fixes #75

Russian translations off-by-one until f8f8c74e3d. Cast {count} in "all:' translation was breaking code. Fixing translation negates need for "as String" modifier. This fixes white screen when opening Sync Configuration from Settings.
