Yurt PageandGitHub 007e83e243 fastlane: merge summary.txt into short_description.txt 
summary.txt was used by Tripple-T but the default Fastlane file name is short_description.txt. It supports the summary.txt too but we have a duplication problem and some languages has both.
So I removed the duplicated summary.txt and renamed existing summary.txt into short_description.txt.
