davotoula f4ce410df9 feat(upload): LightCompressor-enhanced 2.3.0, HDR hint and real slider labels on Android
Bump LightCompressor-enhanced from 2.2.3 to 2.3.0 (the 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT from
the local Maven repo until the tag is out). 2.2.3 produced 8-bit output with
HLG tags for HDR input; 2.3.0 keeps HLG/PQ input as 10-bit HEVC Main 10 when
compressing with H.265 on a capable device and tone maps it to BT.709 SDR
everywhere else (default hdrMode kept), fails a stalled encoder in 10 s
instead of hanging to our 60 s timeout, and makes cancel() per start() call.

The codec switch now decides HDR, so the upload dialogs say which of the two
outcomes a picked HDR video gets: a VideoHdrHint under the H.265 switch of
the post composer and the media post, and a codec-less variant in the chat
file dialog (always H.264 there). Every picked video is probed through the
new MediaUploader.probeHdr (library VideoCompressor.probeHdr on Android,
null elsewhere), and hdrUploadOutcome() turns the probes and the switch into
KEPT / CONVERTED_BY_CODEC / CONVERTED_BY_DEVICE, with a JVM test.

AndroidMediaUploader now also overrides probeVideo with the VideoInfo the
compressor already computes, so the quality slider names the picked video's
own standard instead of the 1080p example.

cancel() on timeout is not adopted: MultiOrchestrator compresses every
attachment concurrently and cancel() stops every running batch. Instead a
compression nobody waits for any more deletes its output in onSuccess, which
was leaking a finished file into filesDir on every timeout.

Drops the builddef.lst pick-first: no mp4parser/isoparser left in the
dependency tree.

# v1.21.0: In progress
## Improvements and Bug fixes
- Compresses video with LightCompressor-enhanced 2.3.0: an HDR (HLG or PQ)
video now stays 10-bit HDR when compressed with H.265 on a device whose
encoder can keep it, and is tone mapped to proper SDR everywhere else,
instead of 8-bit output with HDR tags. iPhone Dolby Vision recordings
compress from their HEVC base layer instead of failing, and an encoder that
stops responding fails the upload within seconds instead of hanging it.
- Tells you, under the H.265 switch of the upload dialog, whether a picked HDR
video stays HDR or is converted to SDR, and why.
- Names the picked video's own resolution on the Android quality slider ("4K
video → 2160p, 8 Mbps") instead of the 1080p example.
## Build & Documentation
- Bumps `LightCompressor-enhanced` to 2.3.0.
