6ad2d37a23 Redesign handleGetDiscoveredRelays: use Dexie cache for follows' kind 10002 events instead of ephemeral outbox tracker. bff0bca411 Remove redundant warmOutbox calls from ensureLiveFeedSubscription and newAuthors path — NDK.subscribe already calls trackUsers internally, so only the pre-bootstrap warmOutbox is needed.
