  Add global CORS bypass (no CORS) on by default: apply webkit_web_view_set_cors_allowlist(:///*) to every tab and sidebar webview, toggleable via the Security strip hamburger item; show 'Sovereign Browser ' in window titles; fix startup opening a blank tab on top of CLI URLs or restored session tabs
