Bind each WebContext to a per-user WebsiteDataManager so cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, cache and favicons persist under webkit_data// (ephemeral in no-login mode); persist cookies to cookies.sqlite so site logins survive a browser restart; make Ctrl+T reuse the active tab's context so all tabs share one cookie jar instead of getting a fresh one; remember the last download folder in the profile db and open the Save dialog there (set the folder before the filename so GTK keeps the suggested name); drop the unused webkit_data_configure helper
