Clean up Bluetooth instructions

Use proper bold syntax instead of making things headlines that
aren't headlines. Markdown is not source code for HTML but a human
readable document format. So semantics are important.

Also removes detailed install instructions for the companion apps.
These should be in the README of the corresponding application.

author of Binary Eye.
In order to set up Bluetooth forwarding to a computer:
1. Pair your devices (phone and pc) if not paired already
2. Download and run a companion app:
- Windows: https://github.com/KamaleiZestri/BinaryReceptorWindows
- Install dependency .NET https://aka.ms/dotnet-core-applaunch?framework=Microsoft.AspNetCore.App&framework_version=6.0.0
- If installed correctly, a webpage with instructions should open when you run the application (or right-click tray icon -> start)
- Linux: (X.Org) https://github.com/sean666888/bin_eye_bt_receiver (written in Rust, gotta compile it)
3. As per the opened webpage with instructions, in the settings of Binary Eye, enable "Forward scans with Bluetooth" and select apropriate target host device that is running the companion application.
#### You're all set! Happy scanning~!
